Chief Financial Officer of Ben Lomand Connect Named

Ben Lomand Connect’s General Manager and CEO, Greg Smartt, announces that Jared Sain has been named the Chief Financial Officer at Ben Lomand Connect.  Sain, with 13 years of experience at Ben Lomand, begins his role immediately.

Sain’s employment at Ben Lomand began in 2008 in accounting.  During that time, he has carried out accounting responsibilities for the cooperative and all of its subsidiaries.  He was promoted to Controller in 2016, overseeing the department. Jared attended Tennessee Technological University, has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and earned his CPA license in 2013.

Jared is a loyal and dedicated team player who is highly qualified and excels at the position’s requirements.  He loves his family and this company, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to represent Ben Lomand as our CFO” states, Smartt.

Jared grew up in Warren County and lives in the Centertown community.  He is the son of Steve and Debbie Sain, along with three siblings.  Jared is married to Amanda Sain and has three children, Eli, Isaac, and Lacy.  He enjoys helping with his children’s ball teams and serving in various roles at Mount Leo Church of Christ.

Regarding the announcement, Sain commented, “I am very grateful for the opportunities I have been given at Ben Lomand, and I am excited about taking on this new role. Warren County has always been home to my family, and I feel very fortunate to work for a local company with so much history. This is an exciting time for the company as we expand our service territory and deploy fiber to our customers. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Ben Lomand!”
