Additional Info

At Ben Lomand Connect, the only thing greater than our commitment to customer service is our commitment to the safety and well-being of our members, employees and community at large. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, the National Institutes of Health and other agencies, we have developed a simple set of questions to guide how we interact with customers in their homes. Please remember, our employees travel from home to home and from business to business. We must not play a role in spreading exposure to COVID-19.

Ben Lomand employees are still making repairs, constructing fiber and installing services. We also offer a variety of online services to help you conduct utility business from home. Our 24/7 local Network Support Center stands ready to assist you in any way. Additionally, we encourage all of our members/customers to take steps to protect themselves and their families.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and explore further measures to support our members, customers and the community as needed. Follow us on social media for updates and visit the CDC website at www.cdc.gov for more information about COVID-19.
