Foundation for Rural Service Youth Tour trip to Washington D.C.
Each year, Ben Lomand Connect sends two qualifying students from our service territory to the Foundation for Rural Service Youth Tour in Washington D.C. The tour is a chance for students to visit our nation’s capital and learn about rural broadband. They are encouraged to share their community’s story with key legislative, regulatory, and government figures and interact with their peers from other rural communities. This year’s tour application process has closed. Congratulations to our attendee Kaleb Jacobs from Grundy County!
